MAGDRL was invited to participate in Animal Advocates 'Walk for Paws' at Lake Elkhorn in Columbia, MD.  It was an overcast day, but perfect weather for an all-day outing.
Maryland Meet & Greet Coordinator Eileen Edelblute (right) drove all the way from southern Maryland, brought our tent, merchandise, the information kit, and fed us all breakfast. What a gem!

MAGDRL volunteer Joe Maggitti and his son (center) Joey helped with setup and sales while their daughter Sarah helped hold our Danes during breaks..

This is Great Dane orphan "Bubba" who is a real honey! Bubba charmed visitors and volunteers alike. He's one of those sweet Danes that makes one wonder how anyone could give him up.

At right, Bubba is doing his famous 'tabletop trick' as he stands with his foster mom Western Maryland Meet & Greet co-coordinator Cindy Prevost.

Maryland Matchmaker Debbie Maggitti (left) enjoyed bringing her MAGDRL Dane puppy 'Bishop' out to meet the public. He a handsome 20 month old boy, still growing tall and broad.

Here Bishop greets two visitors who are amazed at how gentle and friendly these giant dogs are. BTW, Bishop is wearing a blue Scooby Doo ice skating kerchief that everyone coveted!
